Membership to Noctis Travel is by invitation or approved application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Members agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • Use our services in accordance with these terms Membership privileges are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms.

Noctis Travel provides luxury travel concierge services including but not limited to private aviation, accommodations, experiences, and lifestyle management. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular service, vendor, or experience. Pricing for services will be communicated in advance. Additional fees, taxes, and gratuities may apply and will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

All bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the service providers involved. Cancellation policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking. We act as an intermediary between members and service providers. While we carefully vet all partners, we are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers. Members are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel documentation, visas, and health requirements for their destinations.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all member information and travel arrangements. Our staff and partners are bound by confidentiality agreements. Members agree not to disclose proprietary information about our services, pricing structures, or vendor relationships to non-members.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noctis Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Noctis Travel are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
